SAB Slide Questions

Ok, I have been looking at a ton of pictures, but I can not figure out how one gets to slide entrance. Do you actually walk "out" of SAB, across the path that runs in between the lake and Y&BC? If so, how does this work with the efforts to maintain the resort pool for only resort guests? Do you need to take a key with you?

Also, is the slide just long and straight? Or does it have some curves at the end?

I a little confused, as you can probably tell.

Yes you walk across the walkway. There is a cm at the top of the slide checking wristbands. You get a wrist band when you walk in. Yes you have to show your key. There is a gate by the YC and BC resorts where they give you the band. There isnt a gate when you go to the slide entrance that I can remember.

The slide has a long straight section but I remember a couple of curves also. It is really alot of fun. Even for a couple of not so thirtysomethings like my DH and I.

There are also two "little kid" slides near the stairway entrance to go up to the water slide. My son was too little for the big slide, but loved those small ones!
