SAB and BCV dues?

Do BCV dues cover any maintenace costs for SAB, or no?

Yes, BCV does - the "resort" BC I believe actually charges BCV (DVC) for a pro rata share of the SAB costs - I do not know if the formula is based on # of rooms or square feet or something else - i.e. do they count the 2BR as 2 "rooms" for allocating SAB and other resort related costs to DVC for BCV

jaysue, I wondr if thsi will really effect BCV dues in the future then? I woudl think SAB cost a lot to maintain. SAB can't be taken away from BCV owners then, correct? I think i asked thsi before and soemoen mentioned it is in our contract to ahve use of SAB.

On another note, I see you were tagged. Exactly what does -

All the women were going on about the ghostbusters show at USF so I inquired politely regarding shows of "hot" females



The vortex part relates to the "buy at the cheapest resort thread"



I believe between the siding/SAB/location/lifeguards at SAB - all these things keep the BCV dues higher than for example OKW
