S/P/D question

I am wondering what the effective dates were for this past February (2013) for the S/P/D discount and what were the black out dates?

According to mousesavers, the period for the discount in 2013 was January 2 through March 7, 2013.

I got s/p/d for my trip in April. I know April 12 was the last day, not sure what the black out dates were.

This would be a good deal to get for our April trip since the chances of FD are slim to none. Gonna keep a look out for S/P/D
