S/P/D offer question?

I know nothing about the S/P/D offer that is being released tomorrow but I have a question for those in the know.........

If someone is booking a trip for March 3 - 7 would the S/P/D offer work for their whole trip? Or would only apply for the 3th, 4th & 5th since the cut off date is March 5th?

I know with Free Dining that as long as your trip starts before the deadline then the discount applies to the whole trip but I've heard that S/P/D doesn't work that way.

Can anyone answer for me?

It would be good for the whole trip. It's the room only discounts that end strictly on the specified dates, but as long as you check in on or before the 5th the SPD discount will extend to your whole trip.
