Update #2- So I took everyone's advise and called to talk to Member Administration. I was told by the first person I talked to at MS that I needed to email them but I decided to call instead. When you call DVC # it does have an option for Member Administration but when you connect to them they now tell you to email them your questions or information(if you are adding or taking off a person on your Contract) . So I emailed and I heard back from them by the end of the next business day and I was told that my Contract was transferred on 6/13 and the turn around for points is about 10 business days and I'm passed that so he said he resent a request to the support team to process the point transfer ASAP. I was told this last evening and I have checked my acct and no points as of yet so the wait continues.
