Yep. Learned this little trick last year. Turkey is cooking right now, about a hour to go. That way I can carve it, clean the kitchen and have everything ready for a 30-45 minute prep (mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, warm up stuffing/turkey) tomorrow for dinner.Spin off question...does anyone make turkey today instead of tomorrow? Someone I know just mentioned that their turkey is done already and I thought that odd.
After turkey is done, I'm making the orange jello for tomorrow. That takes about 2 hours.
