S/D Concerige?

Anyone use the concerige located in the swan / Dolphin for P.S's or for other planning? Can anyone request help from them or only if your club level? What kind of arrangments do they do? Or is there a "guest services" counter at S/D for help? Thank you!

The concierge desks are available to anyone. They do make PS's, make transportation arrangements, give directions, make calls for information if they can't answer your question...they just do lots of things.
