S/D $20 Refrig Clearance

I know I've read about this on the forum, but has anyone here actually had the S/D clear out the in-room refrigerator for $20 for your own use during the week? I can't find anything about it on the S/D site. Thanks in advance.

We just clean out the fridge ourselves. The first time we stayed there, we asked about having the stuff cleaned out, and the staff member mentioned we could do it ourselves for free. So thats what we do. We just cover up the food w/ a towel so we don't get the munchies.

I'm assuming that the fridge you are referring to is what the S/D website calls the "refreshment center". Is that correct? Or are they referring to something else?

I found that if I just rearranged things a little, I could fit a few things in. I guess it depends on how much space you need?
