?'s about the 24-hr party

Just a couple questions about the 24-hr party. If we enter on May 22 would our ticket take us all the way to the 23rd? Also - how busy does it get? Debating on whether to stay an extra day

The operating day for the MK will be from 6 AM May 22 to 6 AM May 23 so you can enter anytime within those hours with your park ticket. If you want to go back to the MK later on May 23 (current hours are scheduled from 9 AM to midnight) it will be a new operating day and it will require another day on your park ticket.

I asked this on the big thread about the party and frozen summer. A kind poster posted her trip reports from last year.

She said things were quiet until about noonish.

She had gotten to MK at 8am. She was the only person on her bus from her resort and thought it was a fluke. But the park was just not busy. She rode quite a bit of rides that morning. She also didn't stay straight through the whole day, visiting the park 3 or 4 times in the 24 hour period.

Hi, I'm the poster Lisa is talking about. I had friends get to the park when it opened at 6 and they said it wasn't nearly as crowded as they expected. I arrived before 8 and had an awesome morning of walk-on rides. Crowds started to build around 12, so I left for a lunch break.

The park was jammed when I came in the late afternoon and stayed that way until after the fireworks. And the crowds really began to thin after midnight.

Here are my trip report chapters from that day:

24-Hour Disney Day — 8 a.m. till noon

24-hour Disney Day — 1 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.

24-Hour Disney Day — 9:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

24-Hour Disney Day — 1:30 a.m. to 4 a.m.
