If the normal closing time is 10pm, then Soarin' and Test Track also are open til 10. Does that mean that TT and Soarin' are open til 1am on EMH nights?
I am finding conflicting information about when Kilamanjaro Safari closes on EMH nights. We want to head to AK and do the Safari, eat at Flame Tree, and see the last Lion King show before doing eve EMH on June 5 (8-11pm).Should we then go right over to Expedition Everest? Ae FPs distributed (or necessary) during eve EMHs? This may be our only visit to AK on this trip, so we want to be sure to catch the safari without having to come over too early. Thanks!
:smooth:

The animal exhibits, including KS, will close at dusk. There is a sign out side the entrance to the ride daily that indicates what time the last safari will depart - usually half an hour before sunset. There typically is a Lion King show scheduled during EMH hours. FP typically is not used during EMH, though I'm not sure I"d rush to EE. It may be better to wait until later as people will leave early and not stay the entire three hours.

Epcot's closing at 10 these days?? If that's the case, then yes, Test Track and Soarin (and Mission:Space) will be open til 1AM. (Otherwise it's 9pm-midnight)

Evening hours at AK are a little disappointing. The only attraction open when I was there was Dinosaur. Now with Everest being around, I'm sure it's different. We got on the last safari right at 5PM. We missed the last Lion King because it started at 5:15, while we were on the safari.

Good luck!

You're right, Lilo-it is 9:00-I was misreading the park hours on the wdwinfo park hours page-the Parks aren't lined up with the hours. So TT and Soarin' will stay open as late as the World Showcase EMH attractions- I was hoping that was the case, but couldn't confirm it anywhere. How long do the waits get for TT and Soarin' during eve EMHs? Is it better to do these first thing in the am on a non-EE day? (There's no am EMH at Epcot while we're there).

The waits for TT and Soarin' do not change much during the beginning of evening EMH. For TT, you could always do single ride or get a FP (it's usually not too bad). Soarin', on the other hand, can remain a long wait even during EMH. If you go near the very end of the night - around 11:30pm or so, the line is much shorter. When I went at that time, the wait was 20mins.

If you wanted to do both of these in the morning, it might be even better. You can grab a FP for Soarin', then wait for TT. Soarin' FPs run out fast, though, so the earlier, the better.

OK-we'll do Soarin' in the morning (and TT)-wonder how long the line will be by the time we get there from International Gateway?
If we get to ride again at the pm EMH, that'll be a bonus!

Cressy, maybe I just confused you more! (Or maybe myself! ;) ) LOL During normal operating hours, TT, Soarin, and M:S are all open til 9. During PM EMH they stay open from 9-Midnight.

Soarin was still on preview last I was there (April 2005) so it wasn't open for EMH, but TT and M:S only had 15-20 minute waits at most.

Have fun! :)

When we were there last week, AK had Kali, EE and the Dinoland atractions open as well as "It's Tough to be a Bug".

Epcot was open untill 12am. The two world showcase rides were open but almost all the shops were close (except Japan which was open untill 10:30). Test Track had about a 20min wait, didn't check Soarin but Mission Space had a good 30min wait. It seems that with the new toned down version of M:S that the lines have gotten longer for those wanting to ride the full version.
