OMG the Harry Potter world looks absolutely AMAZINGGGGG!!!! I never ever thought I'd say that about a Universal park/area. I can NOT wait to go!

Now that Connor and I (the two big HP fans in our house) have drooled over the pictures and descriptions of the new park, we are trying to figure out when to go this summer. I wish they would give us a concrete opening date!

I can't wait for Harry Potter land! I wish they would be more specific though...what does spring 2010 mean?! We have a tentative WDW trip planned for April and it would be sweet to go then!

I heard about Wizarding World of Harry Potter opening up.. I"m so glad we've decided to cancel DEC for May... do you think it's best to go the first two weeks or last two weeks?

Just got back from Universal yesterday! Even the people who work there don't know much about the details. The people in charge are keeping it so hush hush. I know they will have a ride like Spiderman 3D (don't know if you're familiar) called Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey. From what we were told, everything sounds INCREDIBLE!

I'm also super excited for the Harry Potterland area at Universal. We bought passes this year & I wasn't going to renew, but I will just to see that area. I hope the "robocoaster" that they're talking about isn't like the Spiderman coaster b/c I don't like that ride too much.

awesome! that's what we did, we got direct flights from southwest for $79 each way... our flight to disney left at 8 am... coming back it left at like 10 something am because we live 3 hours from the airport, and I started school the next morning. I'm glad we did an early flight coming back, they lost some of our luggage... it was not a good experience, not too happy with Southwest.

Just an FYI in case you didn't know (but more than likely, you know and just don't want to be up at some crazy hour )---the online system now turns over at 3:00am. Since Free Dining was offered during our trip during December, I tried signing on at 3:00am. I had some issues and finally was able to "associate" my reservation at 3:45am and was all done making my 12/13 ADRs for Deluxe Dining in 30 minutes.

I LOVE the new online system. Sure, it has some quirks that still need to get worked out, but it's so much more convenient than calling.
