Can you imagine the sign up frenzy? Curious how they would even manage such a thing. Seems like they'd need to go on a much smaller, targeted basis? But what do I know.

I guess I'm a total homer but if by some miracle I had the opportunity to go on the 8th, I would totally add a day and change my flights! One problem, it's only me and DS who have the APs, not DW. Sorry honey!!!

Yeah ... well .... I can't tell you how many times we have signed up for AP specials and NEVER get picked but somehow the same exact bloggers get picked over and over again. We even see where we signed up and then hours later they say they signed up so it's not first come. I think it's first who can give me the most PR. We are sure there is nothing random about it. But if they have multiple days there may be chance.

Yeah, we are a partial AP family too .............. oh well, guess they will have to do something else

Thank goodness my computer has multiple monitors because April the Giraffe is killing me. I want to see her baby born LIVE. It looked like contractions this afternoon and I'm afraid to blink.

Was looking at all the comments now on that article and ....

"April 8th and 9th is blacked out for gold and silver passes so only the platinum and platinum plus ppl would be able to."

That will impact it and maybe a VERY slight of AP's being blocked from new rides ......... or new ride previews by hosting on Blockout Dates. The only way they would be able to participate is if this is done after hours - ugh when you don't need to have a ticket ... and that would have to be after the park closes to make sure you don't hang around all day.

BUT THIS MIGHT make you feel better .................. if its real .........

HAHAHAHAHA we’re not even training Cast over there yet. There is NO WAY it’s ready for previews anytime in April unless by “preview” you mean “walk around and look at stuff”.

Can you imagine? Walking around but no rides, no shop, no food and no alien beverages.

Well last night the the Devil surely went down to Georgia.

Scary stuff last night. A dad my family knows died when a tree went through their roof. Mom and daughter in the same room! Horrible. So sad. Glad we are all okay here.

SO .... Eagles Landing ......... WHY WHY WHY is it a cluster there no matter the time of day? We go back and forth to FL a lot and DH goes to Savannah a lot. Never fails we screech to a crawl there. No accidents, no reason. So many years ago we came to the conclusion there are a group of naked dancing ladies in the median that everyone can see but us, therefore invisible to us. It helps us deal with the traffic to have some reason for it.

ANIMAL KINGDOM is surely becoming one of my favorite parks to eat. Satu'li Canteen will join the list. Unfortunately I think it's going to be packed for some time to come. Looking like some nice flavors, here's to hoping they are as good as they sound. And I would consider a plate of sides they sound so good.

My question is with this new mobile ordering and pick up at a window, is it packaged "to go" so you can take it out and eat elsewhere in park? If so I could see me eating a late dinner and taking it to FT patios to watch the backside of ROL.

Actually, like Tiffins, Skipper, Canteen, etc - this menu is hardly "appeal to the masses burgers/fries theme park food" don't you think? You think it will pull that big a crowd once the newness wears off?

Actually, like Tiffins, Skipper, Canteen, etc - this menu is hardly "appeal to the masses burgers/fries theme park food" don't you think? You think it will pull that big a crowd once the newness wears off?

Well I think they learned from other spots that they have to add the kid junk food to pacify some, but at least they were creative.

I'm not sure longevity and I think part will depend on the inside decor and interest. One thing they have neglected in AK (a hot park) is counter service with air conditioning. Try to get in to Restaurantasaurus during the day. I love Harambe market and the food there but if it's hot you are sitting outside in lots of sun unless you can snag one of the tables with shade. I do think most the dishes are still more mainstream than Skipper's and at least half the price. I think folks are more adventurous when it's not a huge price tag.

But, hey, if it dies down and I can easily get in, I'm okay with that. The more I can save on the food (as opposed to say Tiffins) the more cash I have left to spend on bioluminescent cocktails.

She's not a Disney person so I thought it was funny she even posted it. WELL, she posted it because the girl is her niece and the guy the niece's husband. They are comedians, writers etc. I couldn't believe what a small world.

I assured her that Disney people totally get the whole conversation.
