I thought it was pretty much confirmed by posters here that it is now 7am... is that still in flux and not at all official?

That's official. Guessing OP is just going to check in case they sneak it in early. I plan to check all day today as well

Really? My park hours for July 12-26 show AK closing at 5:00 and I couldn't make any evening FP

AK hours were only extended though 7/2.

ETA: I'm guessing that's as far out as JB packages will go tomorrow.

I dont get why the busy summer months have no updated times. We all know the times are not right, but are unable to book anything until they update them.

I believe they are still hoping to debut ROL 4th of July weekend....but they could definitely open up FP for everything else!

I just checked my itinerary for Animal Kingdom on July 11th and it shows the park open until 11pm - even though the Disney website shows 5pm close. This is an update from last week I am getting closer . Still no fast passes available in the evening yet. I am hopeful (sort of) that when the dining packages are released tomorrow, they will open up past July 2nd and we can get a dining package for what ever show is playing. I don't really care what I see at this point, I just want some sort of plan for the day.

It is near the beginning of the park. As you cross the bridge at the entrance and see the tree of life, take a left. It is along that path on the left where you would turn to go to Pandora.

The reason you likely missed it is because it is not open yet.

I actually ventured around that area for quite some time trying to see if I could get a snapshot of the floating mountain in Pandora somehow. Too weird I never noticed it, even though it's not open yet. We also usually sat in that area with our Starbucks treat. Hm. Whatever

I think up until 7/2 , the park was closing at 11pm

We are arriving on 6/30--- not sure about before 7/1, but pretty sure park was closing at 11 on July 1st and 2nd

I have a 845 pm FP for KS on 7/1

Just changed to a 9:05-10:05pm --- my kids are gonna flip !!!

Also, I see we can book jungle book dining packages maybe tomorrow? I still have 5:00 pm listed as close time for July. I wasn't able to make a FP+ for the evening yet. Are all these things being released tomorrow?

I'm on the west coast. So that means getting up at 3:00 for dining, 4:00 for FP. And I'm going sailing for the weekend at 8:00 am. Tomorrow will be a long day....

Yes, Disney Blog says it "is safe to assume" it will be Tier 1. No word on dessert parties other than the days released yesterday. I'll be up early with you tomorrow

Golly, it's such a high cost for these packages. And considering the weather-dependency of the show, you'll pay for the package but no show. I suppose if the cancellation policy is the same, you could simply watch the weather satellite.... Our reunion group is making strategic booking plans as I type, kinda feels like "Black Friday" level planning!

Menu for Tiffins looks compelling.... I see that Kermit has left the menu, stage right. Doc Hopper will be so disappointed!

The problem with watching the weather is they always are forecasting rain and storms at Disney almost everyday, we just don't know how much for how long
