@dachsie that "George person" is the president of the Walt Disney World Company and I highly doubt he will ever see your email, they are pretty much screened way before it reaches him. You should call the guest relations person and see what he says.

As far as I know George does read or at least look at every email that is sent directly to him. He of course doesn't usually respond to a guest, he has someone do that for him.

Not saying your source is wrong but if they are a front line type CM they often don't know officially what is happening.

George K. does not read emails personally unless he knows the person sending them. His personal assistant does that and then forwards them to Guest Experiences. Definitely call the contact back that has tried to get in touch with you.

I've heard otherwise. I've heard that he does read/look at them but has his assistant deal with responses. Contacting executives is better than contacting guest services.
