Glass Half Full again -- Maybe there aren't enough people actually paying attention to this to crash the site and until Disney makes a bigger announcement than the live stream chat, everyone here will be good to book their reservations. Last summer when Disney extended BOG breakfast there was a thread like this and everyone following the thread was able to get in and out before the general public realized what was going on...after about 45-60 minutes Stitch and Donald started showing up

Did they open reservations during the chat or right after, or announce the time when they would open them?

No I don't know what I'm going for either, I'll probably panic and book a ton of things I didn't really want. DH has 2 free tickets to the premium event (which might end up being him and our 3-year old, depending on when this baby makes his appearance) but I wanted to look at tickets to the other events (I think I read one on the 16th and 17th) and find out about dining packages.

That doesn't seem like a link to the live chat only a link to the page describing the chat will take place

I can already imagine the last two lines of this live chat from Disney:
"We begin taking reservations tomorrow at 7 a.m. eastern. Good luck getting through!"

Ugh. My ADR date is tomorrow. Hopefully that's NOT what happens lol.

I want an ROL ADR in some incarnation... from 5/9 - 5/11... I think? I guess I'm not really sure, either, until I know exactly what they're offering.

Me too. Well, I'm trying for the preview on the 17th and possibly a fastpass+ for Friday.

the hours are now changed on the site for AK to 10pm "correction, they are if you look at individual actives and the hours such as the starlight safari and dining etc. - ok my bad, i swear i was in Ak events page and starlight safari was on there but that is actually at AKL. I ave no idea how i was seeing something from AKL when I was in the parks section. sorry

Initially, I had hoped for a dining package for Friday the 22nd, but it sounds like they won't be available at that point... I don't know if I could give up a ticket to the premium event to the 3YO - it sounds awesome - although it seems like you have would have a compelling reason!

Which date? 4/15 is still showing 6:30, but that is the day they say it will close so that would still be right
Thankfully it's already out AK day too

With past live streams the page telling about it would go live when steam started. I mean it would show as something you could click on just before event. This may be different

With BOG extension there wasn't a Live Chat, only a Disney Parks Blog post announcement! I'm unsure how the live chat will affect the announcement as I've never listened in on a Live Chat before.
