So at the end of next week after Disney I am going to a conference. I found out last nite that "Harry Potter" is the scheduled event for Saturday nite. I am assuming this means they are taking us to Universal. Last time we were here they just took us to Citywalk. But with it being Harry Potter, I am assuming that means the park? I guess I will update you on that when I get back and know for sure. I know nothing about Universal. This should be interesting.
I will likely have on a purple LSU visor if you see me and a birthday button
Here you go - likely this. Makes so much sense for meetings to add this to a program.

Okay guys. We don't have photpass but I couldn't pass up on what the ladies in the car next to us did on Buzz Lightyear. It was hysterical! Do I scanned my magic band with their picture.
I can't imagine carrying a teacup and saucer around!

Me neither but apparently they can! I talked to them for a few mins and they said they bring props for every ride. They are locals and they often come in just to do that stuff LOL
Yea - we are going to Islands of AdventureIs that from your conference? The Orlando Informer party is only UO, not IOA so sounds like there are two parties going on.
So we leave in 3 days and I'm to the point of obsessing over the weather since there's nothing else to obsess about any more. Why does it have to show potential for storms every day we are supposed to be there? I know that Florida has storms in the summer, but seriously!
I'm all worried about our dessert party being rained out on our last day :/ Realistically I know that probably won't happen, but it's the one thing my mom was really looking forward to, so of course that's what I choose to worry about.
However, we'll be in Disney! So it will be a lot of fun regardlessAnd last time I went in May the weather was fabulous, so I'm hoping this will be the same.
Sorry for ranting, but this doesn't really deserve its own thread, so I popped over here![]()
wouldn't obsess so much about the weather. We had a 60% chance of thunderstorms yesterday and it never hit. I talked to a CM at the monorail about it and he said if the forecast is less than 80% chance it most likely will not hit. At least he's never seen it happen in the 10 years he's working at WDW.
Dessert Parties are never rained out. They have them rain or shine. MK is covered and DHS/Epcot they move them inside. You may not get fireworks but the party will still go on.
Hopefully it all works out! I'll be looking forward to reading about it all once you get back!So we leave in 3 days and I'm to the point of obsessing over the weather since there's nothing else to obsess about any more.
