We have friends in Canada that have also found trouble with delays in shipments. Perhaps in the future shipping directly to your resort would be an option? Although, I suppose you could make your own button that says something like, "Yep, I'm the Blog Comment Master Blaster*." We'd all know you're The KMWooley from the lounge. On second thought.... outing yourself as THE "Master blog commentor" might get you tailed by the Disney Secret Service Surveillance program....

Chin up...Looks like this is going to be a season of Jungle Book! Going to see the movie, my son is going to be in Jungle Book Kids, and we'll get to see the new Jungle Book show at AK. Kind of a full circle in a round about way! Anyone remember the old Jungle Book stage show that was replaced by Tarzan Rocks? I can't remember any details of it. It was there, I'm not dreaming, right?

Same - I didn't cancel my AK FPs, but I did move them to late morning/early afternoon hours. Originally I had them closer to park closing.

I have to question the 8:30 showtime for June and the summer since the sun doesn't set until 8:30. My thought is there were the show times if it debuted in April and they would have changed them for the summer. Fantasmic is going off at 9pm so that is what I am basing my plans on right now. I really hope they post the times soon.

The planning for this trip is just dragging on. Usually by now I have everything set in place and I'm all excited about the trip. Instead, I have to look several times a day to see if they have updated the information - don't want to miss anything. Frustrating!

My plan is to try to get a safari FP for 8:30-9:30 and then EE for 9:30-10:30....but I wonder if I should switch it. I was thinking 8:30 for Jungle Book then do the Safari afterward at 9ish. If the Jungle Book show is 9 then we'd have to do the safari at 8:30 and I'm afraid we wouldn't make the show. Ugh. If I knew ahead of time, then I'd make the EE like 8-9 and do it around 8:15 then hop to the show to get a seat. Do Safari from 9-10. So annoying to not know!

Good question! I planned on trying this week. One of the commenters on this DPB entry claims to have done it a few years ago. I don't think you can redeem rewards, but I think you still earn stars for your purchase.

ETA: Here's a more recent Reddit thread with a few posters confirming you can use the app, and one stating that the app wasn't accepted (possibly due to an untrained CM).

I totally agree - they know what they are doing now and have updated the hours for AK so why not list the show times. They haven't even updated hours for MK or HS yet. Kind of hard to do FW at HS when it closes before it's dark. It's very hard to plan FPs when you don't know show or fireworks times.

It makes me happy, and even satisfied, to know cm's and others are acknowledging the pins and t-shirts and what they represent. Sometimes it feels like Disney just wants to ignore the frustration we're experiencing and pretend that everything is just "magical" even when it obviously isn't. The reactions you and others have reported to the "Rumors of Light" paraphernalia gives us all a sense of being heard, even if they can't come right out and say anything specific.
