You may have a cookie issue. I'd clear your Disney site cookies and see if that helps
I had a similar issue last week for MSEP on 5/15. It did not turn out well. Even though the Dibb showed them as available, they were not bookable. MDE would allow me to select it as an available option, but no times would come up to book. I eventually gave up and switched my dates. 5/16 worked fine. The Dibb site seems to go off of the first screen for selecting FPs.

The dibb is showing 2 MSEP FP+ available for 5/4 which is exactly what I need, I booked it, errored... now not showing on MDE but still in the dibb.

I will just add that if you cancel tickets you will lose your FPs (happened to me last year when I changed my traveling party. The minute we delinked the tickets from one person, to transfer to another, they were gone.) So do not let a CM cancel anything!! HOWEVER, you do NOT need to cancel your existing tickets to add a day to them! I've done it on several occasions. I second the suggestion to just try and do it yourself online. Better than waiting until you arrive.Well, you know how I called yesterday and I was told that they couldn't add the dining plan without converting me over to a package, which would mean cancelling all my reservations, which include some extremely hard to get dining reservations. I called today to try to add another day to our ticket because we decided to go to club villain. This CM told me that they would have to cancel my current tickets and reissue but that may cause me to lose my fastpasses. Oh, heck no! I'll just wait.

Thanks for checking.Well, I just got off the phone with Shirley. She was very pleasant but of course, had no new information. She did say "we are not scheduling ROL right now . We have been told to share with guests that they can check the Disney Parks Blog for any updates. There will be an announcement there." She also told me to call back every day. She ended the call with "okay, thanks dear, have a magical day!"
