Rumors are Club Pixar Dance Party is Cancelled?

Character performers unionized last week.

I'm not an attorney. I don't know what happens when workers unionize. Is there a negotiation period before a contract is developed?
No idea

But to let the parks be this affected....like its insane..they built this space for show...this is literally the third performance area where there will be no show.

Also to be loud and clear, I support the actors, CM and union. This in now way is on them Disney is a Billion Dollar company they can pay wayyyyy more. They literally just cut off Magic Keys...so they seem to be doing well if they are telling people they can no longer buy passes to come all the time

I wouldn't associate the sales of MK as a sign of financial stability or instability. D23 is in 2 mos and Halloween will follow shortly after. I am more likely to view the pause in MK sales as a way to make the parks more accessible to full pay, out of town guests. They could also be pausing MK sales as they get ready to sell OBB tickets.

There has to be an attorney on this forum who can explain the process that happens when employees unionize. They can't negotiate before the union is formed, can they?

I cannot believe these people….just got my airfare, hotel, park reservations ALL CHANGED just to see Dr. Strange before they take him away, to join RTM somewhere in the vast beyond where qualityDisney entertainment goes to die.
