A friend of mine just got off a conference call. They learned you can get more than 3 fp's per day. Book your first 3 online and book them in the morning close together in time. Then when they are used you can book 3 more with the kiosks that are in the park.

So you are saying once the Original FP are used a window for three more open up....

Yes, once the ones you use by pre-booking are used. Go to the Kiosk and add more. Or so I am told. This should solve the issues most complain about. Other than those who like just Toy Story Mania and want to FP ride it 3 to 4 times.

Call with who?

who was the conference call with? And did they say when the change happens?

We got back Feb 22. Last week I got a survey from Disney and this was one of the options that they were asking questions about. I was happy to know that they have really taken everyone's concerns to heart. I really hope this is going to happen.

Yeah!!!

Sorry, she's a Disney Travel Agent (Not posting with who since they compete with the fine folks at Dream's Unlimited Travel and they do a darn good job) and I guess they had a chat with the Disney folks :confused3 I don't know.... I'm just a really bad messenger.

Yea I thought this was just a possibility. Its one of the options in a survey about what people who have used FP+ would LIKE to see done to the system ...

But I didn't think anything had been announced, and we have had people try this within the last week or so and it didn't work.

I don't know. She was told that this was an option they were adding. Which told me it was coming, not here yet.

I'd like to see if anyone has tried this and has been successful....

Dang! I hope that 's not the option they finalize.

We "voted" for getting the next fastpass+ in the park as soon as the first one is used. Did not care for the "after 1:00 PM" option OR the use-them-all option because that would require booking everything first thing in the morning and then hoping something good was left.

Honestly, I'd like to know from the hardcore old school FP+ people. How many Toy Story Mania passes could you normally get in a day?

Oh...knowing the options they are considering I agree with you. I would definitely prefer the get the next pass after the first one is used...similar to the old system.

It would depend on what time of year you went...but we were lucky if we could get 3. They would completely run out of fast passes within 3-4 hours of park opening so you could get 2 but not necessarily more unless you were on a very slow day...At least that was my experience

Has anyone confirmed this actually works? Sounds like a rumour at this point, although a fairly believable one. Back in December/January someone reported this same thing, I believe he heard it from a CM on the phone. Nothing substantial has happened since then.

A poster has confirmed they have been able to book FP+ using MDE and a kiosk to get more than 3, but they did not use a band. Most people who have tried this (included myself) have found it did not work yet. It seems pretty hit and miss so far.

From everything I've seen and read so far, it sounds like this isn't an official rule of FP+ yet.

Being that this has not been confirmed, I'm going to update the title to reflect that it is still a rumor.

With that being said, FP+ is a fluid system and could change at any moment depending on what testing scenario they are working with. There's lots of rumors out there - some stronger than others. Only time will tell what the final version will look like.
