Just a word of advice. Avoid anybody that is passing out neon signs that say "RENTER". If you do that then us DVC land barons will not be able to pick you out in the crowd.

Just don't hang your undies out on the balcony to dry or leave your trash in the hallway & no one will ever know your a RENTER

True. This however only applies to "tighty whities" not boxers.
