RTV Shopping Spree ?'s

Do you have any tips on actually getting a GC from Reward TV when they go up at the specified time? Just wondering if there are tricks? I'm asking this because I'm guessing they are hard to get in that the same card may be offered through auction at ALOT more points.

Don't know of any tricks. I always get there early and keep refreshing. Sometimes I get lucky, sometimes I don't. I did get a $5 gas card about 3 weeks ago (it arrived yesterday).

Dizneenut has the right idea.

It is very tricky. Sign in about 3 - 5 minutes before the scheduled time and click on the Rewards tab, then click on Shopping Spree.

Continue to refresh until the prizes come up. Click on the prize you want and go through the steps to get that prize. I'm pretty sure you need to get to the second or third screen before you will actually get the prize you are seeking.

You may not get it the first time, but you will have filled in all the necessary information and will be able to wiz through it the next time.

I've gotten many rewards this way. Even three in the same rewards time. Which I must admit was bad, I prevented someone else from getting that reward. (I did two for me and one for DH that day.) They sent me one for me and one for DH. They will NOT let you get two prizes on the same account in one day. But that will send more than on prize to one address for one shopping time.

I finally took everyone's advice on rtv last week. I put a BIG note on my screen to remind me, logged in early & watched the clock.Last Thursday I got the $5.00 Payless Shoes & received the gift card in the mail on Monday. Now that's fast!!!

I think a lot of it is just luck!! I do the same thing every week (log in about 5 mins early go to the rewards and then refresh) sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
