RSR Fastpass Times during EMH

I usually try to avoid this, but on our trip in January we’ll be going to DCA on a Wednesday but won’t have access to EMH. I’m just wondering what the FP times for RSR generally are when non hotel guests can enter the park? We will have Maxpass. Normally we don’t get FP for RSR because of the SR line but since MP includes ride pictures I’d like to get a picture of us together on all the rides that do pictures (Space, Splash, Guardians, Incredicoaster, and RSR. MFSR doesn’t do ride pictures does it? Will ROTR?)

If you're asking about when they run out, on our trip last year we were able to get fastpasses for them until about noon-ish. I can't really tell you the specific return time periods, but I think toward the time they run out you'll probably get a return time of 7:30-8:30 or so. However, in January the park hours will be cut down given its not considered peak season anymore. So DCA may close at 8 or 9 PM the day you go. If you get to DCA before 11:00-11:30 AM, you'll probably be just fine, but the sooner the better to be cautious.

We went in January during MLK weekend and got a MP for RSR at like 1 pm for a 6pm return time

In my admittedly limited experience, if you enter the park when the gates open to non-EMH guests (usually about 30 minutes before rope drop) you shouldn't have any problem getting a MaxPass for the first hour after park opening (for instance, if park opening is at 9 and you enter at 8:30, you should be able to get a MaxPass for 9:30-10:30).

It’s often going to be a bit later than that (more like a 10-11 return in your example above). RSR is the only FP that “moves” like that before the park opens. But, of course, it varies quite a bit depending on crowds.
