hiya
how long did it take from doin the booking online to a confirmation email/payment going thru???

I did the online thing begining of this week and ive heard nothing!!! i am not sure if it went thru, and really need to get sumthin booked as time is ticking....

do they normally take a while???

no, usually you get a reply with your confirmation within 24 hours, in my experience. You could call them (I'd check your bank account too, and your spam folder, to see if the payment has gone through etc) and ask if they have your details?

logged into my email on laptop n hunted thru my spam folder and found a reservation voucher...

phew..........
i swear i was panicing!! so now i need to follow directions for pickup and make sure i have the voucher with me.....

no idea y it didnt show up on my phone..... have reset it and now it shows!!!
