I've just made a reservation on the RS Transports website for a shared shuttle from CDG Airport to the Hipark Serris Val d'Europe next month. I had an email confirming receipt of payment but when I returned to their website I had an error which said:
You did not can pay your reservation,
Cause: Unknown case, please, contact the webmaster
Has the happened to anybody else before? When do you normally receive an email confirming the booking?
I will email RS Transports but wanted a bit of reassurance from you guys
