Rs transports question?

Just booked our transfers with rs transport but there was no option for hotel Cheyenne so we picked Santa Fe & then entered a note in the comments box. Is this the right thing to do? Do I need to email them too do you think? Thanks

I emailed them and got new voucher with correct hotel name, no problem with that.

you can email them if you like, but they will check your destination with you when they pick you up at CDG, so you can tell them then that its the Cheyenne hotel.
