RS/BS Transport

Could someone please make me feel better. We leave for our flight from the states on Monday afternoon.
Back in May we booked transport from the airport to Newport Bay with BS Transport. The charge was made to our credit card and we got a confirmation e-mail showing our confirmation number, flight numbers and times, etc.
I just got an e-mail from RS transports reconfirming our upcoming booking. When I responded they said they just need our times. I responded saying how this is concerning me because we have already given that information and received a confirmation back, but the e-mails are changing between BS and RS transport. And we had to have new credit cards issued because the one that we gave them had an airline ticket purchased on it in France. They are the only ones there that have that number for this trip. The credit card company is taking care of that part of it. I am just worried that we are going to arrive at 7:00 Tuesday morning after an overnight flight with jet lag, with three children and a good amount of luggage because we will be on a cruise after a stopover at Disney and nobody will be there for us.
I really want this trip to run smoothly for us. We went on this same Med. cruise last year and made it to one port before our ship ran aground and was damaged. We ended up stuck in Civitavecchia for 4 days while they tried to repair the props before they cancelled the cruise. We had planned for over a year and the children were devastated. Well, we were given a voucher to rebook and this is a little surprise for the children on the way to Venice. We are really hoping that this trip will be as stress free as travel can be after all we went through last year.
If anyone has any input or experiences on what I should do with the transport please let me know. If they turn up not being there, we will dispute the charges, but has will we be trying to find a taxi for 5 with 5 large suitcases and 5 rolling carryons?

I hope I can put you at ease a little.

Take down the telephone number of the company from their website/your email booking confirmation you've had, put it in your phone, or take it with you on a piece of paper. If the driver is not waiting for you at your baggage exit, phone them straightaway.

I think its not untoward that they have emailed you asking for confirmation of your flight arrival time - as it was some time ago you gave them the information, and they may just be making sure the information is still what they already have.

I haven't paid in advance with rs/bs transport, only by cash on arrival at our hotel. But I did organise my transfer with them in less than 48 working hours, and found their communications to be excellent, speedy and accurate.

I really don't think you have anything to worry about regarding your driver being there to pick you up - especially if you email them back with the details of your flight number and time of arrival.

I did finally get an answer and they said not to worry they will be there, but I had not sent my flight info again. I am guessing they came across my original info.

Just a little bump on this for a question.

As I now need to find transport to the hotel (we have changed from the DCR), I am a bit confused on the prices and how to pay.

I see on the website it says Private Transfer service From / To Paris is 85 euro. Is that each way or is that for a round trip? Also, do I pay in advance to them or when we are there?
