RPR to Busch on shuttle - prebook?

I have read about the shuttle bus to Busch Gardens from RPR and it is something we are looking to do, having bought the 5 park Flexticket. I wondered if it was possible to pre-book this as I would imagine it gets busy in the summer and I wouldn't like to be disappointed.

Yes, you can pre-book. The shuttle leaves Universal Bus Park at 0830 and is free if you have the flex ticket. You can pre-book by calling 1-800-221-1339
