RPR Question

We'll be at RPR w/in 2 weeks. We are using Sunray for a trip to the store. If we arrive at the hotel and our room isn't ready can we leave our cooler with our cold items somewhere? Do they care if you leave a cooler w/luggage?
We haven't been to Universal since 2001. Can't wait to stay on-site. Taking our son out of school for this adventure. He's 8 so I think he'll have a blast.

When you arrive, they will unpack your car for you and wheel your luggage (including cooler) to the luggage service area. They will store every/anything you give them with your luggage. Last summer we did the grocery stop thing and bought the styrofoam cooler and ice at the store. Left the ice in the bag (in the cooler) till we got to the hotel. We emptied the ice into the cooler outside (as to not make mess inside) and filled it w/ water once inside. They stowed the cooler and all our groceries w/ our luggage until we returned from the parks that night....after they closed! Luggage services are very nice....we had a souvy glass from Mville, and told them this bag was fragile. Not only did he mark it Fragile, he put "stuffing" in it to "cushion" it to give it more protection. Don't worry about what you can store w/ Luggage service....they are very nice and very helpful!

My son was 7.5 (now 8.5yo) when we first went....he loves UO! Have a great time....oh, and we expect Trip Reports here
