RPR / HRH "Sleeps 5" ..?

If I put "two adults" for the hotel, it says 129.00 and "sleeps five" while if I put four adults, it gives me the same room but 179.00 as the price and still "sleeps five" ?

I'm traveling with my family, son of 18 .. mother of 43 .. grandmother of 70+? .. Aunt and cousin .. both over 18 .. Has anyone ever put down two and had more than those adults in the room? Is that wrong?

If you do that you wont be able to get the room key thats used for FOTL for the others. They charge for each additional adult (after the first 2).

What do they consider an adult?
12 and up?
18 and up?

Say there's four of us, could we exchange the room keys and take turns using FOTL? If there was 4 adults, 1 child, we would receive two keys, and could the four adults share the keys?

On each room key the persons name and an "A" or a "C" appears (adult or child) along with your vacation dates. To be honest with you if each person kicks in the extra $10 to make up the $50 extra charge you wouldnt have to worry about sharing room keys. It just doesnt seem worth the trouble not to.

Well they were coming down from another state, so they're spending 900+ in airfair/train ticket as it was, and didn't want to stay onsite, but when I mentioned it was $129 a night, they were interested in staying onsite.
