RPH rate for March 8th - 4 nights

Before I make this reservation what do the experts think about a rate of $164 for a standard room for 4 nights in March beginning the 8th. Of course I really want the $99 rates but you know... this was the fan club rate.

Hi!

I'm there from March 15-17 and got the best deal through Hotel Kingdom - $151 and change. I was also hoping for the $99 rate from last year but I don't think I'm going to beat what I've got for this year.
