I booked PBH because RPH was not available for my dates. I just checked and RPH is now available. Should I keep my res. at PBH? or save $267.00 and go with RPH. Anyone who has experienced both resorts, please advise.

I know we probably wouldn't like the food at RPH. Picky eaters in my fam., except for me. We do like Italian food. But I'm not sure if that is a main factor to consider.

Thanks.

Any kids? Which theme appeals to you all more? I wouldnt rule out the food at RPR, there are many choices and plenty for picky eaters. You can also walk easier to the parks from RPR.

One major consideration is how many staying in the room? PBH is larger. PBH has a slide and more pools. The pool at RPR is also great on its own merits.

Also, don't forget that Emeril's Tchop Chop is located at RPH. It is a perfect place for lunch or dinner!

Been to all three on-site resorts. Royal Pacific is our favorite. Easier walk to the parks, didn't have to walk a mile from my room to the lobby and we like the pool there.

Take the money you save from the more expensive hotel and put it towards club level at the RPR. It's worth it.

Decided to change to RPH. I wanted to stay at the Poly for the Disney part of our trip, but the rest of the family DS DD and DH wanted AKL so I figure RPH will give a similar Poly. atmosphere. (never stayed at Poly. so I really couldn't compare anyway)... I think we will enjoy the easier walk to the parks and City Walk.

I've stayed at Poly a few times and RPR a few. You'll get the flavor of Bali at RPR. AKL is nice but so far from everything so we prefer WL.
Eat at Jake's. The picky eaters will enjoy their cheeseburgers.

Great! ....
I know, I love WL too, but DD is a major animal lover and mainly booked AKL for her since we are going around her birthday.
Thanks for the advice.....Jakes will be great for the picky ones.

I think you made the right decision. We LOVED RPR. Not really crazy about PB. On approach it almost looks like it's a cardboard city.. very flat. We found the pool areas very very hot in comparison to RPR because of the lack of palm trees and foliage for cover. We are crazy about RPR. It's gorgeous. We are trying HR this time around.
