I just booked RPH for $149 with my AP. It was online. This hotel as well as the others are OUTRAGEOUS during Feb-Mar. I went on today and it was 149. I thought maybe it was a once ina lifetime thing. It has been over $200 everytime I checked. Just wanted to let you all know!

WOO-HOO! I sure hope my rate drops before I go in June!

Congratulations on a great rate! I only found it for the last week of March. I think Spring Break is mostly over by then, so more empty rooms = better discount for those of us who are watching... I know we're going the week before and the room rates are outrageous! ($300 at HRH)

I am paying $199 with no discounts and bought the tickets online. Could I change my ressie to APH and then upgrade one of my tickets to an AP? Do you think it would be worth the hassle for $50 for 3 nights. I know I have done the math but just wondering how difficult it is to upgrade ticket. When we check in I wouldnt have an AP as it wouldnt be upgraded yet. How far is it to pick up the tickets from RPR? Also, is there a chance that the cost of the AP would go up between now and the end of March? I would only get the limited AP for $119 as there is no guarantee we would go back within a year but when you do the math I would still save approx $130 by doing this if it is as easy as it sounds. Thanks for your help.

you dont get the discounted rooms with the limited AP, the preferred costs 180$.

Remember that you will get 20% discount on all food and merchandise in the parks with the annual pass as well. Also, you can renew your preferred pass for $99.

Darn! My son's spring break is the first week in April and that rate DISAPPEARS then! UGH!

The AP rate is still $224 which is much better than it's been, though...

That is a great rate. We are staying at RPH 3/27-3/31 in a Royal Club room and we paid $261.

The best rate I could get without an AP was AAA at $220 for a standard room at RPR for one night (3/23). Still not sure its worth it, but we've never been to Universal or IOA so we really wanted the onsite perks.
