Can children under 3 attend the Royal Tea? I see the prices for children 3-12 and adults, but I am not sure if that means under 3 cannot attend. I have two daughters, one of who won't be quite 3 on this trip, and would like all three of us to attend if possible.

I would think, if they specify an age, that's what they mean.

That isn't true with the excursions. Often times it will state "all ages" but no price for those under three because they are free.
Yes, but on the excursions, for example, if an excursion is only bookable by those 6 and up, you'll see:
Prices
$329.00 (ages 10 and up)
$299.00 (ages 6 to 9)

But if everyone can be booked it'll specify:
Prices
$159.00 (ages 10 and up)
$109.00 (ages 4 to 9)
$0.00 (ages 0 to 3)

Since the Royal Tea description specifically says "Please note that this special experience is designed for children ages 3 to 12 and their parents. Each child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, 18 years of age or older. Children in attendance ages 13 to 17 will be charged the adult price. Solo adults are not eligible for this event."

Bolding mine. I take to mean that you can't book a child not yet 3 for the tea.

Thanks!

Yes it is "designed" for children 3-12. But in the following sentence it says older kids can go but will be charged a higher price. Perhaps younger kids would not be charged.

OP the best thing to do is to ask DCL. So much misinformation is spread on these boards and I would hate for you to be inconvenienced due to speculation from people who do not have first hand knowledge....

I believe if they meant to include younger than 3 (with no cost) it would specify it. Like it does for those excursions that under (whatever age) can go on the excursion, but there is no cost.

Agree with Melissa 100%. Guessing or believing does not make something right, and that happens much too often on the board...this is one example.

Actually it says that ages 13-17 will be charged the adult price. The adult price is $69. The child price is $210. The difference being the adult doesn't get all the perks.

You'll have to forgive the inconvenience, she was just speculating since she lacks any first hand knowledge...

I would be VERY surprised if they let a child under three attend for free because they are NOT going to give all the things that come with that steep price tag away for free. And I can only imagine the screaming and wailing when an "almost 3" sees all the stuff big sis gets and she doesn't.
