Royal Sommerhaus soft opening today (Friday, 6/17)

Just walked through the Norway Pavilion and saw that Royal Sommerhaus is open right now with a 20 minute standby.

There are a couple of videos on youtube already. The house looks very nice as does the new shop. The queue that winds around outside has umbrellas for shade, but IMO will still be a hot, sticky, miserable wait.

do we know how long the inside portion of the wait is? Like, when you enter the house is is "30 minute wait from this point" or less than that?

In the videos I've seen there were no signs that showed that, doesn't mean they aren't there though.

I can't wait to see the look on the face of our 2yo daughter when she sees Anna and Elsa in person. This is a top FastPass priority!

We did it today.

We started off a bit inside the house and were told it was 15 minutes. It was closer to 30.

The house is very cute, but my adventurous 3-year-old was hard to contain. Was she supposed to go up in the fireplace and poke the logs? I couldn't quite tell. Hard to keep her next to me with so much open space and other kids running around...

There are four doors, so I'd assume they can run up to four pairs of sisters.

The workers out front were very sweet but had no idea what was going on. Two told me they were meeting in their summer dresses (one of them wandered off "to check for me" and then reported that "yes, it's their summer house and summer dresses!"). That was not accurate. They also moved the stroller area twice while I was over there.
