Royal Palm Bay condos - Poinciana Blvd.

Is anybody familiar with this property? I can get a 2BR 2BA condo here for 8 nights for $400 (including tax). Normally, I tend to think if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is, but I've gotten some real bargains in the Orlando area before, so I'm not sure.

Can somebody help? Thanks!
