Royal Feast at Marrakesh on DP

Does anyone know if Morocco's Marrakesh still requires an upcharge if you order the dinner portion of the Royal Feast? I found a thread suggesting it has a $5-$7 up charge.

I'm trying to decide between Marrakesh and France's Chefs de France for a TS credit, and some in my family are interested in Marrakesh mostly for the Royal Feast option. Thanks!!
