Can I add a day to my dates? I am already signed up for the April 11-17, but some of my grand gathering group is coming in on the 10th, so if I could get this stroller on that day then that would be a huge help. The new dates for stroller swap #4 would be the April 10-17. Thanks.

:thumbsup2 All set!

Hi,
I read on here a lot but have never posted. This will be my first time to Disneyworld so I have learned a lot from all of you experts! I was interested in the stroller swap for the Royal Carriage 2 from feb 1-11. I actually would love it Jan 30 and 31 also but I think those days are taken. I am staying at the French Quarter and the Pop Century. I'm not able to pm yet because this is my first post. If you could let me know what I need to do I would really appreciate it.

Thanks!

OK, I am thinking since you have to assemble the stroller anyway it is probably best to have it silkscreened too. This way we know it's permanent, and the iron-on's I briefly checked into were around $10 anyway, and that's not even custom. If we went the do it yourself route it would be cheaper, but then there is the issue of cutting it out and all. So for $20 I'm thinking send it in and let em do the work! Let me know if you'd like me to look a little further though, I know someone with a cricut cutter so that could be a blessing.

ETA- I remember my initial reason for wanting the new stroller- it would be available for my whole stay. Duh! The two we have now are available from day 2 on, which isn't a huge issue for my friend whose kids are older, but mine will be 3 and 5 so if I had one the first day it would be a huge help. We'll be at Animal Kingdom that day and they whiiiine! :p

I have iron on transfers and would be able to print and cut it out for you. If you want?? I can mail them to you next week? Just let me know :)

I just went over our calendar and it doesn't look as though we have any one stroller available for the entire time.

I'm able to cover all the dates but one day (6th) but it would involve swapping three different times.

By the calendar:
Jan. 30-Feb. 1****Swap #4***turning it over on 2/2 to mom of 3G's
Feb. 2-5****Swap #1***turning it over on 2/6 to Elvis33
Feb. 7-11****Swap #2***turning it over to Luggage Services at AS Music.

Let me know what you would like to do. :)

MelXThree- How sweet of you to offer! How do you think the transfer would hold up to the FL weather? That would be my only real concern, KWIM?

I'm not sure :confused3 I know that they are "suppose" to be for 100% cotton but I have knowen people to use them on other fabrics and be just fine. I use them on only cotton (for t-shirts) I have three boys so things get washed A LOT around here and they have been lasting really good.

I know it's hot & wet in Flordia (never been yet) but I really don't know :confused3 I will do it if Parkers Mamma wants to give it a try or she can stick with what she knows works? It's a tough call :confused3

We are leaving on Monday (woo-hoo!!!). My computer is down right now, but I will be checking in sporadically over the next few days when I can drop by the library or my mom's house.
The swapper before me has all of my info and I have the info for the person after me, so I think I'm all set.
Fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly.
Parkersmomma- thanks again for organizing everything!

I see you have us down for the stroller #2 for May. I have not received any information on where to send payment. Thanks :)

If you can also change our dates for May 20th. We are going to come in early.

I remember stroller #3 having a problem and getting "disposed" of. What did we find out was the official policy on things in storage and how long they can be there. I don't see anyone after me yet but want to be prepared with this information when I send it to the next resort to be used by the person after me.

:)

mickeeemouse

Please pm me where we can talk about the swap.:thumbsup2 Where are you staying? We will be at the Boardwalk. Let me know if you can drop it off there for us and I will work out the exchange with the next swapper so I can get it to them.

I did a search and found you on page 13 :) and see your staying at Pop. We did this same swap in November and even had stroller #2. At that time the person before me had the stroller moved by luggage services at Pop to where we were staying at Boardwalk. Disney does ship luggage etc. between other Disney resorts so this worked out very well for us. I will give you our information when you pm me with our check in dates and reservation number names etc. If this will workout for you let us know.

Thanks! :goodvibes

Could you...would you? That would save me a lot of time and $$. I called them (SILKSCREENERS)and if I dropped it off in the morning, I could pick it up the evening of the following day. This could/would save me about 48 hours. I really need to make sure it is waiting on BOWBIEJUKE on the 25th.
