Roy in with Comcast?

Sorry if thsi had been discussed (My family has been ill.), but does anyoen think Roy knew about Comcast or is in on it? Seems there coudl eb ties with that Burkes guy having worked at Disney before.
I just got a few moments to check out savedisney and it appears they now ahve put out a comment, but it is very vague. Are they for Comcast taking over, or no?
