If I can inspire just one person, I have served my purpose in life.
Good question! Do 400 m recovery intervals between each running set. Pace of running interval can be walking or slow running like WU pace.
Don't worry about the pace on race day. I've got it covered.

Mmmm... tacos and apple fritters.
"so, you wanna use me of are you just gonna sit on the couch some more?"
I think I've come to terms with the possibility that I finish in 1:01 or 1:05 or 59:59 or 57:50 or who the heck even knows at this point. And that there are thousands of 10ks I can sign up for and try again. But until I cross that finish line...I going to be 100% positive I am subbing an hour this time. And I'll deal with the what next after, but not before.
I am the wiiiiind beneath your wiiiiiingsCue the Bette milder music:

Oh I feel you on this one!!

OOOOOH I'm so excited for this!! My 10k PR is one of my favorite 'runner moments' like not as fun as my Disney running moments but definitely my proudest moment! It felt so good to get under that hour, and I'm so excited for you to SMASH IT! You are definitely in a great place to do it, good to mindful of the fact that sometimes race day doesn't show your full potential for various reasons but you have ever reason to feel 100% positive about this! YOU GOT THIS GIRL!
Also....
WE GO TO DISNEYWORLD THIS MONTH!!!

I just ruined your thread, didn't I?![]()
Quick, post a picture of a thing that I will likely want to buy! And all will be forgiven![]()
I feel like the eating all the things is my favorite part of your journal.Right? My journal is basically like a mashup of "run fast" but "eat all the things."![]()

^^ OMG to that entire post. Make-up and Haunted Mansion-themed baked goods yaaaasssss
Be Our Guest breakfast - I liked the open-faced bacon and egg sandwich![]()
I vote all of them but if you can't get all of them then the one of the wallpaper.
I've heard good things about Croissant Doughnut but I've never actually been for breakfast so I can't say for sure.
Clearly the answer to the Haunted Mansion treats are all of them. How can you even ask such a question?
I've bought WAY too much make-up lately (I feel like once a year I take a look at what I have and decide to start all over - not a good habit) so I could actually pass on HM make-up.If they have Haunted Mansion makeup will you put a second mortgage on your home and just get all of it??
Even though I ended up in the moment not loving the way the New Balance HM shoes fit (for running) at Tink and passing on them, I'm willing to give them another shot at W&D expo if they are there (especially if they are on sale) for walking shoes because the little regret monster in my head has been bothering me about them. If they still don't feel right, I'll just drown my sorrows in desserts![]()
