Route from Mtl to WDW?

I'm looking for suggestions for hotels and restaurants or other places to stop between Montreal and Orlando.

I know there are 2 different highways to take down......87 and 95, I think.

Pros/cons?

We just drove down at the end of June- we stopped in Fredericksburg, VA. It is a hopping place with plenty of hotels, restaurants and stores. We left at 7:00AM, drove all day - only stopped for gas and pee breaks, arrived at Fredericksburg at 7:00PM. We took the I-87, and then at Albany we got onto the
I-90, then I-88, then I-81 and then onto the I-95 which took us to Fredericksburg. I really enjoyed that route; it was very relaxing as you bypassed NYC etc. You end up going through Pennsylvania. We left VA around 7:00AM and arrived at Disney around 7:00PM- this time stopping for lunch at McDonalds.

Going home we took the I-95 the entire way home- again stopping at Fredericksburg.
