Thanks to all of you who posted your experiences today with ROTR. I learned a lot especially about VB. We will be at Disney in 2 weeks.
I am becoming more comfortable with the MDE on my phone which is a big thing!! My husband always said I went kicking and screaming into the 21st century!!
It always amazes me how knowledgeable all of you are and and are willing to share. I am so grateful.

Im wondering this too. Any ideas when the Resort buses will start running?

I think resort buses usually start running about 1 hour before that park opens. Not sure if that's enough time to guarantee getting a BG once the December crowds pick up.

Before the incident, Skyliner originally posted schedules to open the HS leg early (5:45a, 6:45a, 7a during Nov/Dec). Is Skyliner still opening at 8a every day? It'd be cool to take a sunrise ride over to HS early enough to secure a BG for RoR.

Uber/Lyft is going to have their hands full, lol.

I guess there's still a bit of an EMH advantage, being in the park early to sign up for a Boarding Group.

unless people without the EMH wait outside at security and get in the VQ and wait the hour outside.

Wow! That is certainly unexpected . And yikes I’m interested to see what kind of mess that makes tomorrow with people coming in with FP.

Wonder how many people that covers.

Major guest recovery/appeasement.

The guest who received it was in BG #154. And the last BG before RotR was downed was #110.

FYI, park buses begin running around 6:30am every day of the year, and earlier when posted park hours are exceptionally early.

True, but I'm hoping for less competition. If we arrive 45-60 minutes before EMH rope drop, off-site guests will be 105-120 minutes early at that point. Some will come that early but others won't. I don’t want to go through all 41 pages, but does anyone know how this works with DAS? Like do you have to have a BG and then get your return time? I’ve been at work all day today and already have plans to go down to Epcot this weekend and thought I’d swing by HS and get a ride if I could manage

Yes people who were given groups but won’t be able to ride today were given one day hoppers and a FP.

What a day. What an attraction. Completely blown away.

Parked 4:30AM.
Boarding Group 14
In ROTR at 6:30 and evacuated, joined boarding group 52 while in line
Completed first ride after it came back up at 8
2nd ride at 1:30.

This is the best attraction in the world.
