From a poster on another board, they were scanning folks again after they got off of the ride and they were able to book a second boarding group then. It’s up to group 92 for booking now.

Good to know! Thanks! That's more like getting back in a standby line would be after riding it the first time if they didn't have the Boarding Groups, so that makes sense. I need to leave by lunch time today, so I probably still won't sign in for a second, since I wouldn't be able to use it, though. I'll leave that spot open for someone else.

Got into parking at 5:30, got BG19. On ride now. Only one side was loading. Broke down at the very beginning. Being evacuated.

Waiting for our boarding group we did(Alien Swirling Saucers). My 5yr old loved it so much we did it 6 times in a row. CM gave us magic fastpass to come back and do it as much as we want all day. So I have that to look forward to.

Just got evacuated off. We were in the interrogation cell and the screen froze. We did not receive a multi experience FP in addition to the paper pass to return later. They scanned our bands twice though.

I'm going Monday and i'm all type of confused lol. I'm just gonna be there around 6 and see what happens.

I think seeing what they do Monday and Tues will give you a better idea than today or tomorrow

We arrive on Monday but don't land until 08:35. Fairly certain riding RotR won't be in the plans for Monday, at least. Shooting for Tues and Wed but we will have our granddaughter with us and she's way to short to ride. Trying to think of a contingency plan since I don't think the buses will get us to the park early enough to join a boarding group that will allow us to ride before noon. I'll be following along very closely on monday's events!

Yeah, that does seem a bit more "fair" than bring able to join another boarding just after entering the line for first rideh. this way it basically functions like if there was just a standard queue vs virtual

Got BG 102 after being evacuated off. Doubt they’ll get there but if they do that will be nice.

Rey just came through the line greeting everyone, encouraging us to help the resistance, etc. And now they're passing out "rations"/snacks - I got a banana and a bag of chips (update: and now a water, too). So those were both fun surprises. Not sure if that bodes poorly for how long we'll be in line, though - we'll see...

It is out last day here so we decided to brave the craziness.
We arrived a few minutes before 7 and got BG 48. Walked on RR and currently in lone for tam. We still have to go pack and drop bags at the RAC. We have a magical express time at 4:20.
Just praying for no breakdowns.

BG 48 has no chance to being done in time to actually ride, get to front of park, get back to resort and make checkout time. Should probably go back and pack and leave suitcases with RAC now. And then return. No way you’ll be called in time. I’d expect 40 min from time boarding group called to leaving ride. Yesterday I was in group 38 and that was called around 115 and I was done with ride at 2:05. Obviously boarding groups may differ in size day to day. If you really want to ride, I’d bring carryons back with you and not hold at Bell services and use uber/Lyft. Then you’d probably have 75-80% chance of riding it today.

That’s awesome! Yesterday CMs we’re letting us stay on ride when done if we wanted to. I really didn’t want to, but for me it was rare chance at Disney so I did just to say I did.

Went back to ride today since we got walked off last night when it went down. Guess what...it’s down again
Also, asked Guest Relations about switching our Park Hopper for something we can use but they said no

Oh well, will try again later and have also joined a new BG #69. Here’s hoping it's 3rd time lucky

Since the official park opening time is still 8 they aren't running buses extra early. Seems like the 6:30am bus is the earliest people are getting so to get there earlier people are ubering/lyfting
