Hey guys...
My family and I are booked on the 11/11/06 Magic special Itin and we need some help with the dining menus. Various websites seem to have different answers. What nights are the rotation Dining rooms menus used and what night is each theme menu used? This is a special itin that is new.. but lets assume it is the same as the regular western itin menus. Disney dreams to all.

With your cruise soooo far away...chances are there may be some changes to the menus and themes. I know the Pirate theme just started this past year...but by Nov 2006...it could be changed again. Rotation and themes also vary depending on Eastern or Western..and 3,4 or 7 night cruises. What sites did you look at?

I was also a little confussed with your question...everynight is Rotation dinning...and it depends on what rotation your on as to what dinning room and menu you'll have.

On the 7night Western...Semi formal/Capt. Galla is on Thursday...and Formal night is..Monday (as far as I can remember)...then I think Wednesday was Pirate night. The frist three nights were the regular dinning room menues...with the remainder...being special menues..like Pirate's, around the world and so on.

Looks like you're doing the 7-night to Costa Maya, right? I agree with scrapperjill to the point that this could all change by then. You never know with Disney. However, I think the Pirate night will last for a while. They just started it up, really, and my personal opinion is that it's so popular they won't get rid of it by November. Of course, you won't know your dining room rotation until you get onboard, but as far as menus/themes, according to your ports of call, this is how I would plan if I were on that cruise. <sigh>

Saturday - Port Canaveral - Rotational Menu - Resort Casual Attire

Sunday - Castaway Cay - Rotational Menu - Resort Casual Attire

Monday - At Sea - Rotational Menu - Formal Attire

Tuesday - Costa Maya - Around the World Menu - Resort Casual Attire

Wednesday - Cozumel - Pirate Menu - Pirate/Tropical Attire

Thursay - At Sea - Captain's Gala Menu - Semi-Formal Attire

Friday - Castaway Cay - Best Of... Menu - Resort Casual Attire

HTH,

Thanks for the anwer to my question Jen. I know that we Contine to roatate dining rooms all 7 nights... but was not sure which nights we order form each dining rooms menu and which nights we order from the special theme menus. You gave me the answer I was looking for. One site I saw stated that the dining rooms menus were used on nights 1,3 and 5 with the theme menus the other nights. That did not sound right to me at all.. So i thought I would throw the question out there. I know that this cruise is 623 days off, But I feel like Disney will stick with the Pirate them for sure. Especially if " Pirates of the Caribbean 2" comes out. We are traveling with another family with kids and a single friend and want to at least have some idea what to expect as far as the dinner menus, even if they do make changes by than.

Especially if " Pirates of the Caribbean 2" comes out.
I don't remember where I read it but wherever it was it sounds like they are working on PotC 2 AND 3!!
