rotating or moving restaurant

My husbands co-worker said that while on his stay in the world he ate in a restaurant that moved or rotated. He couldn't remember if it was at one of the parks or at a resort. Does anyone know which one he went to??

The Garden Grill Restaurant in EPCOT...I've never eaten there, but I hope it's good, we'll be trying it out for the first time on our next trip. It sure does sound fun and different that's for sure It is also a character dining with Mickey!

We ate there a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it. It is one of our ADRs this next trip, hope it is just as good as we remembered it!

DH and I ate there last November. The food was inedible, except for the potatoes. I could not suggest it.

DH and i enjoyed the food there. The veggies were a little salty for me but the rest was good especially the dessert. That was the best part of the meal.

We ate at Garden Grille during our trip last January. I'm glad we tried it once, but I don't think we'll go back. I LOVED the salad, potatoes and breads. DH loved the catfish - I thought it was a bit too muddy tasting. Neither of us really cared for the red wine sauce on the beef. Kids meals were great, though and the character interaction was really good, too.

Well, I guess we are in the minority! We ate there in Dec. 06, May of 07 and we are booked there in 2 weeks. We looooved the Garden Grill.Last time we were even chosen as their family of the day. It was soooo cool. Love it!

We didn't care for the experiance that we had there last time and we're not planning on going back this time...or anywhere in the near future. We were not happy with character interaction (very little!!!!) and the food was not that great! I know that "you pay for the experiance" but if I wanted to see Mickey for 2 minutes, I'd stand in line in Hollywood studios when it's not busy and see him!

My friends & I ate there in June for Lunch and are going back to Garden Grill this summer. It was one of our favs! Although the only thing we did was ask our server if it was possible if our meat could be well done (since it's served rare) other then that, everything was so yummy. You could also ask if you can have the kid stuff too. One of my friends really wanted some Mac & cheese and the server said they can give the kid buffet items to the adults too (you just have to ask)

Loved this restaurant. Had Christmas dinner 07 there. DD7 & DD25 really enjoyed the characters. DH enjoyed the different sceneries. I was the only one who really paid attention to the food we were served. Food very good, atmoshere great. The Garden Grill is on our list of favorites!

One of my favorites from the trip last week. We could have made a meal itself from the potatoes! Everything was so good and plentiful, and the character interaction was great. They stopped by the table a few times, actually.

The only thing I wish they'd do differently is keep the salad dressing on the side as I felt it was a bit too heavy. Otherwise it's perfect and again a must-do for the next time!
