Have you heard from Jordan yet. You know you joined us at our Dis meet at Buzz!! It was great to meet Wendy and Girl next dooras well !!

Day 2 Saturday Feb. 9th. Cell phone rings at 8:30am and it is Barncat with word of my fridge. She was at Pop Foodcourt with family so off I go for my numero uno Dis meet. She tells me how the fridge appeared in her room without her even asking . She was sure it was the swap so hubby went in search of cart , which of course none to be found I wander back to room and spy one so I grab it call Barncat and head over to her room. Hubby brings fridge to rooma nd plugs it in I am now convinced it is a Pop one . Well me thinks first chance I get I'll put on the old Sherlock hat and head to luggage again but not now MGM Oh sorry Hollywood Studios is calling OH! Rosie come Hither and hither I went I arrive around 11 am and for the first time rode the Great Movie Ride I loved it Nice and slow and you don't get off singing "It's a Movie Ride after all" Next was Carrousel of Progress not bad and Still ALONE Then I head to Backlot Tour which we intended to do last year but didn't have time. Did I hear I am Alone I can plan my own day I alsoloved this tour and guess what the family want to make it a must do next year ( That will mean NOT ALONE) Also saw Disney animation NAAH!! I did wish that DSIL could have been the one under the flood of water at Backlot . Can you make arrangemments to have someone drenched Ate lunch at Catalina Eddies ( Commercial for DR) Today was really warm I'm thinking Feb is hot .. Little did I know!! Stay tuned for Day2 part 2 dum de dum dum DUM!!

Day 2 cont .... Left Hollywood Studios ALONE and headed to Mk by way of the Contemporary . Love that monorail! Arrived around 5pm for The P&PP that night. When you get to the gate they have signs for P&PP and you enter there and are given your Treasure bag and a map. Let the Party begin I did a quick tour checking out the Treasure spots and the lay of the land then I went on POTC was almost walk on, then rode Peter Pan . Then I happened along where . Capt Jack was hiding out and was like the 2nd in line to see him , now remember I am wearing Pirate ears that say Kyle on the back and he doesn't know Grandma has them I see Capt J and remind him of his sword fight with Kyle and that Kyle says he won ( We Grandmas have to brag) Now again remember I am wearing a hat with .. you got it!! Capt Jack looked at me with great tolerance, Lets's humor this doddering ol' gal was what his look said. Any way I got lots of good pix with him but he wouldn't share his treasure!! I continue on my Treasure hunt by now I have sweet talked myself into 3 bags and that meant I had to visit many spots 3 times to ensure enough treasure for all. By this time it was time for the parade which I watched from the hub Somewher in this time I ate at Cosmic Rays( yet another commercial for the DR) Thru out the park they had all sorts of activities going on Pirate fights ( I think they called them tutorials but trust me they were fights ) They had dancing in the grotto which was fun . Cinderellas Coach was all lit up for pix. It was really fun . I toured around looking for X and yet more treasure The fireworks started at 9:30pm and I had a mission FIND DISSERS!! I walked slowly around the hub staring at every BRIDE I saw and waving my Lanyard I got several strange looks but no recognition UNTIL I walk into the center and at the same time I see lassiem ( Mark) I met his wife and son and we watched the firworks together they were awesome so This time I was not alone and it felt good to be with another Disser. I took photos ,Mrs Mark took photos we won't say why Mark didn't take pix right Mark. It was a truly wonderful evening and I have to say the only time I really wished the family was there . The kids would have loved it. For myself it was a ball, but it was the only time I felt bad the kids weren't with me because it was a special party and one they would have loved. I took a few more walk aroundm and called it anight . Headed back to my room and the end of another great day.

SOunds fun, we enjoyed the P and PP in Jan and my kids had a blast.
