Back to our June Disney, for some reason the pix of Animal Kingdom did not upload , except for this



A Dang good BUTT shot , I will try again tomorrow and do our AK day then BUT I do have some good ones of our meal at Raglan Road
We arrived early and had time to shop some first and arrived in good time for our 6p ressie . I did not like where they seated us as we could NOT see the dancers but if not for that it was a great spot



It was set back and had more room than the usual table

Those onion rings looked great and they said the tasted just as good as they looked , you can also see the fish & chips




Carol seems to like eating outta the pan She said it was delish , looks like a steak in front of Robbie



This was mine the Mighty Mixed Grill and yes it has Black Pudding which was delish !!

Guess what Carol had for dessert and I don't have a pix , but I do remember that it was exceptionally wonderful with lots of raspberry sauce and raspberries YUMMY!!

I think you will love the Hogwarts Express a lot! The whole experience feels very much like getting on a train in London.

If you can deal with Dinosaur and the Simpsons, I would say Spiderman is definitely wort a try. If you do well on Spiderman, then you can also try Transformers. However, with your track record it seems that you won't have great chances to actually be able to ride it, most likely it is going to be down again!

I was hoping for 3rd time lucky I don't like the part in Simpsons that is a simulated roller coaster , BUT as it is simulated I can handle it . I know I am going to Love the Train, I rode the Train to Kings Cross many times and used the "underground" to get across London

Oh, this is difficult. Technically it is a roller coaster. I know that that is going to scare you... BUT (!) It does not really feel that much like a roller coaster in parts, but other parts it does. All in all it really is a mild coaster. I think from the pure coaster thrill it is more comparable to the Barnstormer than Big Thunder Mountain. Maybe like the Mine Train without swinging? It does have a lot of screen technology which you know from Forbidden Journey. Generally the opinion is that Forbidden Journey is the "wilder" ride of the two.

I rode Barnstormer once with Kyle and was petrified , so I am sure Diagon is a NO!!! However Forbidden Journey is a YES!!!!

If the feeling of height is what petrifies you, I think you might be able to do this. The carriages sit 4 across and if you sit in a middle seat, it has far less of that height feeling!

And I really need to go and eat at Raglan Road during one of my future trips. It always looks delicious!

I don't think it is heighta although I cannot climb a ladder or stand on a chair but sitting and strapped in I am OKAY as long as it doesn't plunge down . You have to try RaglenRoad it is great!!

I just spoke to Michaels mother yesterday and she LOVED the video of Michael at Raglan Road . He is VERY excited about going !!!

October is just Universal, 5 of the 8 we already know which is awesome . I have contacted all of them and just have to write up cheat cards on all, which are fairly simple as the seem to be an easy group !!! At least one is a DAREDEVIL!!!

No Dawn is awesome , she goes on anything and everything and is also part FISH, so the pool at RPR will be used. I am happy that we know so many this time , 3 of the five I know will be great, one of whom is Michael of the Irish Dancing . What a character Dawn is awesome and Craig just LOVES us and only goes on trips with us !!

I can attest to this. Dawn is awesome and will ride anything. Only thing she get upset with is when Chuck put his hand on her leg. Poor Chuck.
Craig is great too and Michael will ride too right? Most things. Michael will dance whenever and where ever and you just need to keep him moving and fed.

You remember them all. Dawn is also a great swimmer and will love the pool at RPR!!

This Peep goes every year with People & Places In 2026 it is in October , when are you thinking of going in 2017 , I am really hoping for a solo or with Carol one of these years and maybe 2017 could be that year !!!

Not sure if I will have time to get n again as I only have tomorrow night > Carol and I are getting a hotel near the thruway on Wednesday night and then heading out by 5a ish for Budget and then the airport by 6a . I have a Dinner Meting on Wednesday night so tomorrow night I have to recheck all my packing and then sometime Wednesday load it all in my car and after the meeting meet up with Carol at the Hotel. We leave on SWA at 8a ( So Christine can track us ) We arrive at MCO at 10:40a and meet the Albany Flight at 11:30a . We decided to have lunch at the airport as by the time we get the RPR and check in and get to City Walk we would all be STARVING . This way I am hoping we can eat in the Park that day or if not head to Margaritaville . The Bread Box will have to wait . So wish me Bon Voage and I will see you next week . Unless I get on yet again. Then I will have all Fall and Winter to finish this PTR/TR

Thanks Jo, we had a good time , a couple of the individuals were difficult , but we can handle that . I loved the Hogsmeade Express food was great service at MYTHOS was AWFUL what a nightmare that was . Carol will never go back.

Took us close to 3 hours for the meal. They were obviously short staffed , but our waitress , was seldom to be seen, we waited and waited for refills , took forever for our desserts and then she forgot one and that took another 30 minutes . The final straw was the Bill she charged Carols card the wrong bill, now it was only $130 approx. and ours was well over $200 close to $300 . With smoke coming out of her ears Carol told me to GET the manager . So I did , he was very nice and thanked us for being honest and deducted some from the bill. BUT the dang other bill that **** waitress had charged in error was ON Carol's card and left us $130 short in our money which left us sweating the rest of the time to be sure we had enough money !! We made it but it was a concern !!
