Rosetta Stone

I am currently in a Spanish class in college. It has been a few years since I took Spanish in high school and I was never the best at it. I am wondering if getting Rosetta Stone would be to my benefit. Who has used it and had success with it?

If you have, is the first set you buy include the conjugation of verbs, etc? What does the second set involve?
