Rose N Crown Pub and Illuminations???

I have read that if you eat inside the Rose and Crown restaurant around the time of Illuminations (and aren't lucky enough to get an outside table) they let you watch Illuminations from a special viewing area - how about if you are eating at the Pub? Thanks.

For the "standing" patio area for Illuminations viewing
. . . you can use it if you are dining inside
. . . you cannot use it if you are using the pub
