Rose gold Ears/Jersey - Watch thread

I brought an extra pair of rose gold ears home as a Christmas gift. It was so well received (not) that they were left at my house after Christmas and not a single phone call or text about them. I think they were right about $30 including tax. If anyone is desperately seeking a pair, I would be happy to send them to you for $37.50. I think the priority mail box they would fit in runs ~$7. Can someone help me understand why spirit jerseys are so popular?

Not trying to rain on anyone’s parade but...

I’m dumbfounded because I find spirit jerseys to be ugly. They’re so unflattering to the female shape. Why would anyone want that much extra fabric around their chest? I also think the rose gold ones are the worst of the bunch. I cringed when I first saw one. Don’t get me wrong, I love rose gold, I have the ears, but the Jersey has gold lettering which just makes it look awful. Anyway, it’s just my stupid opinion. I really don’t mean to offend.

So back to my original question: why the popularity? Where did they come from? Is this a new high school trend?

I LOVE the way they fit on me. I have a smaller waist/larger bust, and they're just so darn comfy and perfect with skinny jeans or workout capris. I'm not a fan of flowy tops or the traditionally girly styles that Disney seems to stock a lot of, so I'm really happy this is becoming a design trend.

Jerseys sold out online in all sizes now. Boooo! That was fast.

The jerseys sold out online in less than 2 hours. I'm so glad that I checked my Insta feed when I got up this morning! Super psyched, especially since the rose gold ears are too small for my head. I would get the magicband but I have so many LE ones already and this pink one doesnt have any special effects so I'll pass.

I'm happy I have one more trip in Feb before the temps get too warm to wear the jersey!
